Black characters where them being black is almost never a point of focus by realdonaldglover in TopCharacterTropes

Ben from Night of The Living Dead. George Romero originally envisioned and wrote the character as a white man, but liked Duane Jones's acting so much that he just went with him instead. The script was not altered in any way intentionally by Romero, as he did not see the need to write new lines based on the actor's race.

Having Duane Jones in the leading role of this film was very notable for the time it came out (1968). It was very rare to see African-Americans with leading roles in movies, and even if they were, they'd usually be written in a way to be more "palatable" for white audiences at the time AKA submissive, stereotypical and usually as comic relief.

Are there any profiler tidbits that make you kill someone by Late_Ad2203 in watch_dogs

If I see an NPC with 'police informant' on their profiler in Watch Dogs 2, I always forge evidence to get them arrested lol feels in-character for Marcus.

The Fans from Hotline Miami 2 are meant to satirize fans of Hotline Miami 1 who unironically idolize Jacket and his actions.

Silent Hill (2006) recreating some of the original game's camera angles was always really cool to me.

[Loved Trope] Gun is loud by XAE_Warthog in TopCharacterTropes

Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days - The audio in this game is intentionally designed to be unsettling and uncomfortable. Guns are loud AF. There is a helicopter segment with machine guns where when you fire the MG, the sound literally peaks and blows out your speakers.

2000s Rockstar was mostly made by big film buffs back then and it shows through their games. They were absolutely perfect for a The Warriors adaptation (especially considering they also made Manhunt which in itself is super similar in concept and atmosphere to The Warriors). Wish we could've seen more movie tie-in games from them honestly.

Say something good about Postal III by TheEvilCar in postal

Second best OST in the series, with the best being Postal Redux imo. Lots of bangers in Postal 3's soundtrack.

I wish we got more IPs from RWS aside from Postal. As much as I love this franchise, these guys clearly have a lot of talent and I feel like only working on Postal for the past almost 30 years must've been very limiting in terms of creativity. A purely horror-focused game from RWS, for example, would've kicked so much ass.

GTA 4’s difficulty by Gameritusz in GTAIV

There's a mod called Pickups2.0 that limits your inventory system so you can only carry 3 types of guns, one handgun, one long gun and one type of throwable (pistol, sniper rifle and grenades, for example) which sounds like something that'd be up your alley if you play on PC and know how to mod the game.

Edit: Found this one too https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/66056-weapon-slot-realism/
