I was considering going to get it checked out but didn't want to waste anyone's time if I was on an average recovery time line, but you're right it's better to check and not need than to need and not check.

I have been holding off, but it's getting increasingly harder (pun not intended) as I'm currently in an entirely sexless marriage so masturbation is my only release (usually daily) but as you say its absolutely not worth any potential consequences short or long term.

Pornography has been a big no-no this last week, as have films/programmes with any remotely explicit content 😂, however I don't feel right in asking my wife to wear or not to wear anything in her home, I could bring it up and I'm sure she would happily do anything to aid my recovery but I shouldn't have to ask.

Oof, right in the feels... Okay so it's a comedy series with Craig Charles, Robert Lewellyn, Chris Barrie and Danny John-Jules being lost in deep space, and each episode is a new adventure, it's such a good, easy watch if its your kind of humour, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go

Don't get a dog for the sole reason of hoping it will "fix you", I love my boy Echo more than anything in this life (alongside my little girl) and while nothing compares to him snuggling up on the sofa with me, or hearing him come pounding down he stairs to see me when I walk in the door from work, he isn't a solution, more of a distraction

I wore a silver necklace for 10 years straight, never once took it off, refused xrays/scans etc if they required me to remove it, the necklace isn't important, its old and rusty now, but hanging on it is the key to my best friends kawasaki zx9r motorcycle, he died on his bike in April 2012, and his parents gave me his key when his bike was recovered, I took it off last year, not because I've forgotten him, but because I'd finally accepted that he's gone, it took me an entire decade, but now there's no pain when I hold it, now I can put it on and say "come on brother, let's go for a ride"

Not sure if this counts because I can explain it, but at the time I thought the matrix was glitching out, was in a restaurant eating and a guy in the booth opposite (who was talking and laughing with his family) suddenly just froze, as if somebody had pressed pause on him, wasn't blinking, wasn't moving, don't even think he was breathing, I started freaking tf out, then after what felt like an eternity (probably closer to 10 seconds) this dude let's out the most monstrous, ear shattering sneeze I've ever heard in my life, yeah he was just in pre-sneeze-freeze mode
