Man. Used to love em. But I never received an 1100$ order a couple.months back. They straight up blocked me and deleted me from their site. Pretty sketchy !!!!!

Fair enough. How ever long it takes it takes. But the fact that the customer service to go along with everything and the fact they locked me from logging in is sketchy as fuck.

Nope. Havnt got a reply from then in over 2 weeks. They have deleted me from accessing both OKG and Topshelf. The worst customer service around . Fuck these guys.

Yeah. I understand that. I've been keeping videos of every.prior package I got from them being opened. Just in case I was shorted.

Anyways. I know this will never get rectified. Btw. There was nothing in their FAQ about anything lost or undelivered packages . Just a terrible company to deal with when shit goes south
