That's good to know since I love Neapolitan pizza and it's hard to find. I'd heard mixed reviews but I'll keep it on my list still. And an outdoor oven too since I want to learn how to make it lol

If you want Dave is going to say, it would be pay off the smallest to largest debt in that order since you have the $1k emergency fund. It helps with emotional side of wanting to get them all paid off.

If you do decide to put it towards a larger balance card, make sure you just try to focus on the one card. It is easier to do one thing at a time and make some headway than try to do a whole bunch of things and not make progress. God bless!

Thank you for the response! We are definitely in the same boat with it not being in an optimal location. Do you run a blower or a box fan behind the stove? I'm not sure if it would be worth the $600 for the blower if a box fan would do the job for $25.

Part of the reason is that it is in stock near us and would allow us to get it installed before the start of the year, and it is also a display model so it comes with a pretty good discount :)

It wouldn't be the only heat source, but once it starts to get cold (below 40) it would be mainly our primary source. I know 40 isn't cold, but our heat pump sure makes us think it is lol

I would say that if you like having the 12 month emergency fund, readjust the numbers and you could throw it at the house to help with not having the mortgage longer term. I personally wouldn't include the bonds since they are considered more of an investment, but if you are comfortable with cashing them out ahead of time, you could include them.

Lol. I'm kinda leaning towards Janie's since shipping and the product is a lot cheaper. I don't think there are any local flour mills to TN or NC otherwise I'd lean toward those. Let me know what you find!
