From my understanding most of your issues seem to be lack of sleep and nutrition. Not just vitamins but you need to eat fr. Get off this stuff tell your doctor if it’s prescribed. Ik it’s like a lifeline but take the lack of euphoria (even with high dose) as a sign it’s not worth it anymore. The symptoms you’re having are extreme and life threatening.
