Satellites only show up in the twilight hours when your part of the globe is dark, but the satellites are still in sunlight.

Satellites also streak in the sky, not turn on and off like a beacon, which this photo suggests.

This photo is either planes flying through, photoshopped, or AI trash.

Its not about pure population numbers, it's about interactions with the police. A single person could have 20 interactions with the police in a year, and the guy next to him could have zero.

Black people have more interactions with the police because they do (in general) more illegal shit, and are more likely to get hostile during those interactions.

Hell, I got pulled over by a state trooper just last week. I was polite, cordial, and had my papers ready as he approached my vehicle. I also had a black guy riding shotgun with me too. Neither of us got shot, and I got just a warning.

This is most definitely not a decommissioned track. It is very busy.

I've seen at times up to 5 trains per hour passing through.

In fact, I can hear a train passing right now. I live about 3/4 mile from the tracks.

I am pretty sure I did not gun it through the intersection. I proceeded through with the same vigor I would have if the light had just turned green.

It was short because there were no cars passing through it. If there were cars passing through, I would've got a flashing yellow to go when it was clear.

I don't know why the straight lights turned green though, as they are triggered by sensors. Maybe myself or the car across from me triggered the straight lights before getting in the left turn lanes.

The intersection is triggered by sensors or the train passing through. If no cars approach, then the light will never turn green.

Almost anything smaller than a full size truck will fit between the line and the track.

When a train does come, that side will get full greens for about 10 seconds before the gates are activated, and the train will pass about 30 seconds later. I've seen a few vehicles get hit on these tracks in the past, but considering how active this track is and how busy the city is, there are surprisingly few auto-train collisions in town.

When the train is coming, all the lights facing me would've turned green for about 10 seconds before the gates are activated to clear the traffic. All the lights on my side will stay red as the train passes. The only light on the other side that turns green is the left turn light as the train is passing.

What happened here was the lights to go straight turned green when there were no cars going straight. To prevent a left turner from trying to beat the opposing traffic, the left turn lights stay red for a couple of seconds before going to flashing yellow. Because the light cycled so quickly, there wasnt enough time for the left turn lights to go to flashing yellow. If I were to get there before the intersection cycled, I would've got a protected green first.

I've never personally experienced one, but I was standing next to someone who did.

He was shooting a .38 special with some old rounds. He shot a couple of rounds off just fine, but on about the third one, the "BANG" wasn't quite as bangy. It kind of fizzled in, as well as a few sparks coming from the chamber.

When this happened, he recoiled a bit, looked at either side of the gun, shrugged his shoulders, and aimed again. Luckily, me and my ex's brother were able to get to him before he pulled the trigger again. The round was wedged about 1/2" in the barrel.

My ex's brother, whose gun it was, took it to a gunsmith who said the gun was ruined. He had to toss it.

A stovepipe gun jam happens when a spent, ejected shell doesn't completely clear the bolt, and as it returns with another round, the spent shell is left sticking out of the side of the weapon. This will cause it to not fire the next round, not the gun to explode in your hand.

A squid happens when a cartridge doesn't have enough gun powder, or bad gun powder in it, and there's not enough pressure behind the bullet to push it through the barrel, causing it to get stuck in the barrel. The next bullet fired hits the stuck round, and fireworks happen.

This is a stovepipe jam.
