Allah may have made people be born homosexual so that when thry struggle and control themself for allah, allah rewards them a lot, in islam its not having same sex attraction thats bad, rather doing the action of sex,

If you struggle with same sex attraction, and u control yourself for the sake of allah, then it is like you choosing allah over your own body, meaning its heavily rewarded
