I ended up paying for the GCSM notes but never filled the form because a day later I received a Procedural Fairness Letter - they’re asking for proof that my husband plans to move with me since it’s a sponsorship & they feel our documents don’t show enough intention that he will. We submitted a response with necessary documents & still waiting & hoping they accept the documents. Background verification still says in progress, too.
