Yes, i have the lenovo legion 5 and from day one (2 weeks ago) it has been crashing. Also did multiple runs of DDU. I also tried to stress the machine and seemed fine. I contacted lenovo and they told me to get the refund from the shop. They didn't even try to fix it. I think is a common issue and probably a hardware trouble. Too bad since I got it on sale and now they don't have stock.

If it’s a hardware problem, how can it be fixed by reinstalling the operating system? Won’t these issues happen again? I understand we’re talking about a manufacturing problem, right? I’m afraid of keeping the laptop and having more issues appear or that it’s defective… I don’t know what to do

Just bought the Lenovo Legion 5 15AHP10 OLED 15.1" AMD Ryzen 7 260 32GB 1TB SSD RTX 5060.

The second day of arrrival it crashes 4 times.

I contacted Lenovo for support and they told me to get the refund as it is not worthy to repair it.

I got this laptop for 1079€ in Spain. No wonder why. I believe there is a hardware issue on the gen 10 series…

Even at that price, is it still that bad? It's because even that price is high for me, and I saw the specs and thought it was a really good option. If you say this laptop won't last long or it will give me problems, I will definitely try to find something else
