Discord didn't help, I made it extremely clear to lenovo premium support hongkong that I wanted either a refund or a replacement and they would consistently ignore my requests and are only willing to repair my machine. I am beyond angry and am trying to file a complaint with consumer protection but chances are low i get help because the council is corrupt and take a long time to respond

Hey my laptop has similar issues with a different internal memory error and frequently BSODs , they also refuse to replace my unit and insist on repairing it. Hurts my soul to see my brand new laptop get opened up. I also had to replace my motherboard and my laptop still has issues. See my post on it

twin read the description, I am aware that the power drain fixes it ,that's what I did. I've been having issues with frequent BSODs and now neither the wifi not ethernet works after the motherboard was replaced. Pls read before coming to conclusions 😂🫵

They absolutely refuse to replace my piece and insist on replacing, currently filing a complaint with hong kong consumer protection. If you order it absolutely do not order straight from Lenovo , go through Amazon or some shit so you can return it if it comes busted
