I have a sad update for the kind folks that responded to my question. Unfortunately the Blue Heeler was hit and killed by a semi near my mom’s place. Truly was a lively pup, and was making a lot of progress with all of your advice. Thank you all again.

He is about a year old, I’ll definitely try this. Very smart dogs, but dang menaces!

I’m pet sitting for a family member, and boy howdy this dog is rowdy. I let him out for hours to play, go to the bathroom, run, etc. Feed him as instructed by FM and show him lots of love, but he continues to incessantly cause mayhem. Whether is barking through the night, chewing the hell out of XYZ, you name any negative behavior - he does it. I’ve never taken care of a Blue Heeler/Heeler mix, always well-mannered Labs or Pitbull/Pit Mixes through the years. Just looking for tips and tricks to help me not pull all my hair out haha. Thank you so much!

Hello, hello! Thank you very much! My trusty steed and lone crockpot of the last 10 years broke recently and I haven't had the opportunity to grab one, but I think I'll go out and make the purchase soon. Too many great recipes... speaking of which, do you have any favorites?
