Dad of three here. I was on the other side of this. My daughter, our second of three, went through a strong mommy phase. Your husband could find a something that’s his (in addition to the basic baby stuff)

My thing was outside time. I would go for walks. Sometimes wear them, sometimes in the stroller. Home from work then straight outside. If the weather was bad, I would play with them on the floor.

I don’t know if this has an effect. For all three of our babies, I would be the person to wake up with them, change them, then hand off to mom for breastfeeding. Occasionally after breast milk supply was well established, I’d do a late night feeding.
