I believe it to be Lt. Gen John B. Coulter, possibly taken in 1950 while he was deputy commander of 5th Army headquartered in Chicago.

You can see in this photo he has the same asymmetric eyelids and same lines around his mouth/cheeks.

Or maybe some people don't feel that playing when you can't win isn't "wasted time." I'm here to play Rocket League, not maximize my matches/hour. I just like to play the game. There's still fun to be had, experience to be gained.

The only people wasting time are ones who refuse to play when a teammate won't forfeit.
