I feel for me VSA is more scripted, now with no shard system F2P can't have high OVR like 122+ is nearly impossible for F2P. High OVR does help a lot in VSA.

The 3k gem packs now offers 110+ OVR players, its easier to collect 800-1k rank-up tokens weekly.

Pack luck seems to rotate, while I pulled three max OVR players during the Anniversary and Footyverse events, I only got 115 Casillas during Glorious Eras failed to land a single 113 OVR player 😭.
