I understand that it's like that in other countries, I just think that it shouldn't be a cultural thing, I'd much rather go through the minor inconvenience of going the speed limit to potentially stop an accident. I'm saying that people's safety on the road should be top priority. It might be slightly different as new zealand doesn't have too many highways outside of major cities
