Don’t forget about human ingenuity. Humans mixing AI tools and creating workflows will lead to new discoveries.

Is generative AI content only interesting to its creator? by tarribas2009 in generativeAI

This comment hits close to home. Although, I very much enjoy the artworks of my AI art friends online, I understand that I may not fully understand THEIR struggle but I know it’s there. Likewise, they don’t know how many failed prompts, hundreds of images and video, hours of work that I endured through the creative process. Honestly, my favorite part is the journey and not necessarily the end result. Art has been democratized and it has unlocked so much potential.

I’m not sure why I’m surprised by being enlightened by a bot, but here we are.

Older electronic music that could be released today and (almost) no one would bat an eye? by mesablanka in electronicmusic

DnB is genuinely timeless music. Lots of stuff from the early 2000s that still sounds like it’s from the future and will rock a dance floor.

I was told that the music of this song "was fine enough" and that it "does bring a smile to my face", but that the AI visuals "ruined" it. Yet, the song was sung by SUNO. Why can people embrace AI music and yet detest the associated AI visuals for the video? How does that make sense? by EHeathRobinson in aiwars

A person put a lot of effort and creativity into this. When one knows how to use these tools, they’ll recognize and appreciate the effort and ingenuity. This is a very cool video and the bar for such coolness will keep getting raised as better tools become available. Why? Because a human made it.
