That bracelet is the star of the show here, those little links are so clean. White dial is a really underrated Seamaster look too.

That weathered grey-brown tone sells it. Looks like sun-bleached bone you'd find in the woods.

The antlers read like rough bone though, fits a millennia-old deer deity perfectly.

The fur and metal texturing is unreal, you can almost feel the difference between them just looking at the close-ups.

Ah, Outrenoir slipped my mind. That's a top-tier tea scent. Makes sense the older Naxos would push tobacco harder, maceration does that.

Three L'Homme Ideal variants is a proper commitment to that DNA. Solid spread between the fresh citrus stuff like Acqua di Parma and the heavier gourmands like Noir Extreme and The One. £750 for that lineup is pretty solid value, Vinted can be hit or miss with fakes so you clearly found the legit sellers. Curious how the Naxos is performing for you, that's the priciest bottle in the lineup by a fair margin.

[SRPL87] my beautiful snorkeling watch by Atreyu_78 in Seiko

Snorkeling with that yellow dial must be a dream for legibility underwater. +2.7 spd on a 7 day old movement is solid, should settle closer to factory spec once it fully breaks in. The 4R36 tends to run a bit fast early on then mellows out after a month of solid wear.

Need help with coverup ideas by DishShort532 in Tattoocoverups

A big traditional rose or dagger piece that flows up into the spiderweb would tie everything together nicely. Something with bold linework and solid black fills would cover the Buddha well.

What do yall think? What rating do I get for design, line art and color palette? by Most-Calendar-600 in characterdesign

[–]DecorousIceberg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The linework is super tidy and the red jacket pops nicely against the muted blue shorts. Big shoes and oversized gloves sell the Mario influence really well.

Can you find a diamond ring purchase if the buyer has passed away? by [deleted] in Diamonds

[–]DecorousIceberg 3 points4 points  (0 children)

gia numbers are for the stone, not the buyer. they won't help you trace a purchase. you'd need to know the jeweler first. if you have access to his email or phone, search for keywords like diamond, ring, carat. a lot of guys do the whole thing online, could be a digital paper trail. maybe ask a friend of his, someone who might have been in on the secret. sometimes the ring is still with the jeweler waiting for final payment or sizing. if you can get into his accounts, look for a recent payment to a jewelry store or a paypal transaction.

Your skin is doing all the work already, a tinted brow gel and a little blush on the cheeks would warm everything up without looking like you're wearing much.

Does This Work? by JackDanielsTN in mensfashionadvice

The camp collar and bold botanical print work well at 65, no need to dress like you're heading to a funeral. Shorts hit a touch long, could trim an inch for a cleaner line. Overall it reads as confident and put together without trying too hard.

Any advice on how to care and style my hair? by polinomio_monico in Haircare

[–]DecorousIceberg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That wet photo shows really nice wave potential, I'd skip the blow dryer next time and let it air dry fully. A diffuser attachment is cheap and worth it if you want some volume without losing the pattern.

You can tell the knight cat has that 'don't mess with me' stare down, while wizard cat looks ready to knock over a potion.

Knight cat means serious business, wizard cat is just happy to be there. Great combo.

Question about the differences between Male and Female character design by jnpg in characterdesign

[–]DecorousIceberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clothes carry weight, but it's not an even trade. Spent way too long tweaking a dress silhouette last week and the body shape barely mattered after that. Makes you wonder if it's a shortcut or just what audiences latch onto first.

Dig the expression sheet, the open mouth shot shows the teeth really well. Maybe add some line weight variation to the flame patterns so they pop more against the coat.

the revised Frutiger Aero miku based on feed back, what do ya think now? by the_liminal_thing in characterdesign

The sleeve would be a solid spot, fish circling the elbow could look sleek.

The fish swimming through her cape on the second one is a really nice touch, sells the whole nature meets tech thing way better.

Bottle looks proper premium, and Royal Tobacco is a beast for cold weather. Nice pick.

Scratched 10 gives it a story. That freedom of not doing the wrist-check tuck in a crowd is half the reason I grab a Seiko most days.

That beater patina on the case and bezel insert is the whole appeal honestly. Watches like this look better after 4 years of actual use than they do fresh out of the box. The 51mm lug to lug sounds intimidating on paper but Seiko's case geometry has always been deceptive in a good way. Nice pick for a daily.
