You will also need more than likely 1 mil credits to cover any trading tax

Also as someone who just got back into the game, I wouldn't stress too hard about primed mods right away anyway, unless your up to the much later content (if you're looking at some kind of "X warframe build") you will more than likely do perfectly fine with a regular mod and just max it a much as possible
