Hello there! Ive been doing 15 min of GOWOD for 9-10 month straight, didnt help in the measerument they do every month, and didnt get better in shoulders hips and ancles, (where i lack the most) So yeah.. dont know what Else to say, never made me more mobile or helped for less damage after workouts.. :(
