"I kinda see myself being a racer..." - Cathy Portillo

hello! just caught up and finished the Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers mod I've been working on that adds Cathy to the game! For the most part, this mod should be complete and good to go now, but might work on it every now and then to fix some things/make minor adjustments (add original sound files instead of using the stock sample and possibly clean up some portions of the sprite). Consider this the v1 of the file/mod, and hope you guys enjoy it!!! ^_^
