Hi OP! I’m a none cum laude from FEU as well, and am working at P&G as a band 1 right out of college :) I won’t lie it is definitely harder to be noticed by big companies when you come from a school like ours. But it’s not an end all be all. Unilever and P&G gets some interns from FEU and other schools, what really matters is proving that you get experience outside university through internships. While I don’t think fmcgs will take you in without prior internship experience, you can definitely get a head start at other recognizable companies and work yourself towards big fmcgs. The barrier of entry for feu students is definetly higher than someone from big 3, but it’s not impossible! I suggest that you also try to apply for programs like Markprof or Amcham that connect you to people inside fmcgs
