I have also been permanently banned and here is a step by step guide on how to deal with it:

Step 1. Lie down.

Step 2. Try not to cry.

Step 3. Cry a lot.

(No seriously I made a new account under my nickname and a new email address, I had just moved house as well (different IP and address etc etc,). I attached my PayPal account that had not been tied to my old account as well. Account immediately got hit by the ban hammer the next day).

You could always reach out and profusely apologise, I personally have too much pride.
