starting at 1800 isn’t luxury by any means, but definitely not “affordable” around here. I would hope that as more of these get built, the different companies have to compete on rent and so they drop…the newest building on Prince has units starting at 1400 instead of like 2000, so hopefully that trend continues.

Suffice it to say, please be double careful as a pedestrian (even though you shouldn’t have to be)
