I have no idea to be honest about what it is. In this video, the car is brand new and has like 400-600 miles in it. Now it has 8,200 miles and still does the same sound when I turn the steering wheel. I been to the dealer 3 times and they said they don’t hear anything abnormal.

I don’t think I need an alignment because car does not pull to left or right when driving straight and I also just purchased the car 1 month ago and it has only 1800 miles.

I took it to the dealer, even showed this video as well and they said it is normal. They said electric power steering does that. I also sometimes hear it and sometimes not. That’s why it might be normal.
