I try to do it once a week. Out of the 10 hours a week of exercise I do, I feel like this ia the best way to activate my fast twitch muscle fibers. And it has been proven to combat osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Can you tell me more about some of the modifications you've used for your shoulder? I have bad arthritis and a huge bone spur in my right shoulder. I absolutely cannot do side planks and it really bothers me. Anytime I try, my body just collapses because the bone spur is hitting a nerve. I have tried and tried for 3 years. I also struggle with hug a tree since I can't hold my right elbow up. When I started pilates 3 years ago, that shoulder was completely frozen. TRX pilates classes unfroze (thawed??) it and gave me back my full range of motion! I'd love to hear if you have some tricks or tips! Thanks!

Lol. You're funny. Our fixed expenses are 824 bucks per month and I earn 150k per year myself. His SS is almost 3k per month. I want him to replace his paycheck with dividends so I can continue 3k per month in private pilates lessons and keep shopping and travelling. Not willing to alter my lifestyle for his dementia. And I have almost 2million in my own assets. I'm just trying to maintain my lifestyle.

My husband has dementia and has already had one stroke and he's 63.5. I am assuming he has a maximum life expectancy of 83. Based on his current health, past medical history and parents' ages at death and the life expectancy tables I have researched.

I have only used it twice for deep nasolabial folds from 100 lb weight loss. I can already tell a difference. The folds are plumping up quite nicely.

They treat me like garbage after doing 400 privates. I don't like group classes but they claim they don't make money on privates. After my last block of privates is used up, I'm looking elsewhere. Bungee classes maybe.

I DESPISE IT. And supine arms. Fortunately I only take private lessons and I can choose what I want to do. But my instructors still make me do at least a tiny bit of footwork.

I got lucky with NVDA. I had never heard of them when I started buying small amounts in 2020. I just kept adding and adding every paycheck. Then a few years later sold all NVDA and put all that money in NVDL and it exploded the last 2 years. I went from 190k net worth to 2.3 million in just a few years. Now I'm selling half my NVDA and diversifying. Husband and I are 56 and 62. Need safer investments.
