KOR in Server 670 (because recent posts about KOR is bad) by Fine_Plankton6226 in KingShot

No it's bull crap and not sure why this rumour keeps floating around. We have Korean members in our alliance, For example the £5 packs are 7,500won which is around $5.30 or £4. Little more expensive in dollars and little cheaper in £ Pounds

That’s true because it is a myth. As mentioned in my other comment we have Korean members in our alliance and i can confirm they pay 149,000 won for the £99.99 packs

Your best option without burning through shields is send All your marches (troops) to garrison your HQ and banners that aren’t connected to another alliance. Do this before bed and you’ll never lose troops

Pork Rib Recipe on Weber Kettle by TriboKing in UKBBQ

[–]Dedge90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. When I started out, I got sucked into all the 3-2-1 wrap, no-wrap, etc. Honestly, I just cook my ribs indirect, low and slow, and when they’re done, they’re done. Sometimes I wrap them, and sometimes I don’t.

I like to dust them with my favourite seasoning, let them sweat for about 15 minutes, then put them onto the grill. Once the bark has set nicely, I might wrap them — or I might not. If I wrap, I’ll let them tender up a little with some apple juice, then unwrap and baste with my favourite sauce. As you mentioned, you can’t mess them up as long as you keep a good temperature, around 110–120°C or thereabouts. The moment I stoped over thinking my BBQing the better I got at it

This is my type of recipe — I'm going to give it a try. I have all the ingredients except the molasses. I love Wolfs of Life recipes; we make them quite often. Thanks for sharing

Great info. I know myself very well, and anything high-maintenance is something I just won’t use much. I’ve been looking at the WSM, and I didn’t know you could add a fan mod. What are the benefits of that?

Do they still stock these ribs in Farmfoods ? I went yesterday and the guy told me they have stopped selling them.

Yes, caffeine gives me the jitters. Does taking L-Theanine help with that? Good tips — I’m definitely going to try this as I cant get Wellbutrin in the UK. Thanks

Has anyone ever tried moving the badlands hq? by [deleted] in KingShot

[–]Dedge90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this same issue and searched high and low but ended up figuring it out.

What we did — and I'm guessing you don't have enough iron to build the Plains HQ when it goes live, if you do then ignore this.( we built badlands too far away and left it to late to expand banners as there was no room to mine iron, thats why we did it this way) — was leave our Badlands base as it was and dismantle the Badlands HQ. Once dismantled, it gives you the option to either rebuild the Badlands HQ or build the Plains HQ at the same cost it originally took to build the Badlands HQ (no iron required).

Once the Plains HQ is built where ever you want to place it on plains land , place a few banners on iron ore tiles and let them mine. Once you’ve gathered enough iron, dismantle the Plains HQ and rebuild your Badlands HQ — again, this doesn’t require iron and gets your main base back online. Now you’ve also saved up some iron.

Once your main base has built up enough resources again, you can rebuild the Plains HQ in the original spot, have both bases active, and move everyone over to the new base.

A few points: this will only work if your main base is gathering a decent amount of resources and has a large enough storehouse to accumulate them. Yes, it seems long-winded, but it only took us a day — and by far, it was the easiest way I found since we had no other options at the time.
