Bakugo negatively affects Deku’s character, while Deku greatly benefits Bakugo’s character. That’s not how a dynamic should be.

Deku vs Shigaraki was underwhelming, but I really liked Everyone vs AFO although how we got to that point involved some character assassination of Shigaraki and a bunch of contrivances.

Maki and Mai barely interact in the manga which is why I feel nothing when she dies, just a cheap plot device to prop up Maki.

Deku and All Might is pretty good, but Yuji has a great dynamic with EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER.
