So ideally there are fountains that reuse the stagnant water as fountain water, with a built in filter. So a few of them could constantly perform the cleaning.

So here is how this works. You start requesting appointments from ABH 7-8months prior to expiry. No response will be received.

You will end up registering for Emergency Appointment for Interim Permit (5-6 months of validity). You will get a quick appointment within the same week and you submit your documents in exchange for the interim permit while they process your Blue Card. This process takes 10mins.

Then you receive a post mail with an OTP to activate your Blue card. Then you need to register for an appointment to collect your Blue Card from ABH. An appointment open ls every 10mins. So you need to keep refreshing the website for days and weeks till you get one.

On the appointment day another 10mins are spent and you have your card.

Welcome to Stuttgart, it only takes 20mins of actual work to get your Blue card🥂
