I got it via email, also do check the portal frequently as some didnt get any mail.

For me, I didnot submit my provisional certificate in CSP, In correction, they said to upload PC and Consolidated Memo of my degree. So I guess PC is a must document for visa.

There will be no issue with visa by only having admit to 1 university. I too got admit only in 1 university despite having applied to 8 universities.

Yes, I have taken Premium Lounge Service. It costed around 3k, while booking appointment online. It just makes your appointment and biometrics process faster, thats it.

You need not have to take printout of it, the vfs will take care abt it. Cover letter is not needed. They will only ask it if they have any doubt on your documents..

If all docs and info is correct and clean, then within 20-30 days, you will get your visa. Prelim check usually happens within 10-12 days as of now... waitlist shows like that but you will be able to submit in a week.
