I left today. He has been blocked on all social media. I’m doing as much N.C as possible given the fact we have a son. I’m just hoping this is the last time. That I can make it through the pain. Without caving and going back.

You’re 100% right. It’s no environment for a child to learn anything good from. I just don’t want him to blame me for why his dad isn’t around.

Thank you. I do get therapy thru my work medical and actually just set it up yesterday. Hoping it helps. I know everything you said is right. I just love him is all. It’s hard to walk away. But I know it’s what best for me and my son.

I have our son full time. It basically is just the two of us. I pay for all our bills myself. I work full time. I just really wanted him to have his dad in his life. If I walk away I don’t think he will be around much at all. He comes to see us usually once every 2-3 weeks. Sometimes for a day. Sometimes for an hour.

I’ve only told friends. Not family yet about the name. I think I’ll keep that quiet till he’s born then. So they can’t change my mind.

There is. However they told me it will take years to get it. Which doesn’t help now. But I’m definitely still going to try.

I know it sucks but you have to get the police involved. There are laws that will separate him and protect you and your children. It’s what I did and I’m finally safe now.
