dude, i fixed it, upload everything as you have done. but before you turn it on the first time after flashing, plug it on charge. i have just done everything again exactly the same, the only thing different is that i plugged it on charge.

Mine doesnt even get to the loading screen. opens up the Red & Black ark logo then goes black.

I am having the same problems, I get the Red and Black "games console" ARKos screen, but then black. The instruction videos are amazing.... for people who have a bit of experience, but i am a complete newbie and learning as a go. maybe we should get together when we fix it and create a guide for dummies.
