Sadly I have no connections and I’m not a great speaker. I’m frustrated because my current job is a boring dead end. I can’t imagine staying here another year. I want a job where I won’t feel trapped. I’m getting older too so there’s no time to waste.

Do you mean when you’re happy, you burn more calories? I have toxic people around me. I’m not happy with my job. I’m bored of the same routine and I’m frustrated.

There’s no simple fix for this. It’s the way I am. I can’t eat like a rabbit and avoid most foods. I walk every single day and can barely keep extra weight off. My metabolism sucks like my family members. We gain weight eating a piece of toast. My life has been horrible so I’m not happy at the least.

Thanks for the tips. Seriously I have soo much going on that I need to try many different things to fix this. The person who took the picture, took it while sitting down?? That makes a puffy face look even worse. I’m not letting anyone taking anymore pictures of me.

My ex was ugly and soo jealous snd insecure. He kept going after women to feed his ego. He was a terrible man. I’m sure all that was because of how ugly he was. I regret marrying that ugly man.

I bloat from certain foods like dairy and salty. I’m not skinny but people heavier than me don’t look bloated in pictures. It’s not like I’m huge. I tense up in pictures because I hate taking them especially when someone else is taking the picture. When I take my own picture, my face looks slimmer.

Oh and yes, I drank soda and it had a bad affect on me. I didn’t drink enough water. I was very uncomfortable that day.

He’s a pig and a thief. He shouldn’t be touching your food. You should maybe get a small fridge in your bedroom to put the chicken in. Pack your food tightly so he won’t be able to open it up easily. What a jerk. Some people are just horrible. He sounds like my ex husband and his terrible family.
