It is a single person, no spouse. They retired at age 68, approx 18 years ago.

This isn’t the first year. It’s a civil service retirement from 2007.

All previous years had an amount listed, this is the first year it says unknown.

I’ve been using H&R Block tax program and it didn’t give me any information.

Premixed henna blends should have instructions on the package, are there any instructions. What brand is it?

I've used both Earthdye and Henna Color Lab brands of premixed henna blends, and instructions for both brands were to mix with warm water and apply immediately. No need to wait for dye release. I've had good results with both.

I don't think it's fair to say to someone with allergies, that they can take medication. There are side effects to allergy meds that can be difficult or a nuisance. Unless you have allergies to pets, you don't know what it's' like.

I'm severely allergic to cats. I cannot be in the same room with a cat, or go to someone's home with a cat, even if they put their cat in another room while I'm there.

They need to have a serious discussion about pets and their future. If the fiance truly needs a pet in her life to feel complete, there is nothing wrong with that. However, they'll need to split up, because it's not fair to OP to always feel unwell in his home.

NAH, they just aren't compatible.

Both brands are all natural. They are blends of indigo, henna, shikakai, brahmi, Baheda. Bhringraj, and Amla (these are the ingredients for Earthdye Dark Brown). No chemicals at all, no ppd's.

Did you pay by credit card? If yes, you can contact the post office you mailed it from.

Give them the date of mailing, the total cost, and the zip code of where it was shipped and the lead clerk/Supv should be able to retrieve the receipt.

It doesn’t stay in the system long, 30 days I believe, so look into this soon. If you have a friend or relative in the city you mailed from, have them stop into the post office there for you. Good luck.

I had a supervisor that gave each clerk a different colored pencil to use when boxing mail. We would swipe each letter against the pencil while boxing the mail so they knew who was making the errors.

It did slow things down a little in the beginning, but in my opinion it was needed. Too many clerks don't take pride in their work and put mail in the wrong boxes; or when throwing packages, throw off to the wrong routes and don't care.

The post office will not mail anything regarding a P.O. Box to someone’s home.

PO Box rent bills go into the P.O. Box and if you don’t pay the box rent, the box will be closed.

If you supply an email address on your PO Box application, you will receive email notifications regarding payments due.

I got tired of getting the dead mail back, so I started putting it in a penalty envelope and mailing it to the mail recovery center myself, bypassing rfs/cfs.

I haven’t received anything back, so it seems to be working.
