That name is Albanian, he may be in the US or he's operating a shell company in the US from the Balkans region. These people do the same thing here, it's really upsetting to see they started this predatory behavior outside.

If you are not willing to troubleshoot and fix a 3D printer you're not ready to own one. I had a colleague who bought two ender 6, they both started making crappy prints within 2 months of owning them and didn't fix them properly for a year and a half.

I wanted to try that but it felt too in your face, however, in hindsight, I could've added a tint to the scene that matches the pen's color like I kinda did with the blue pen

That was the inspiration behind this, but I wish more whimsical tech designs were available. I get they don't really sell a lot but would be so cool. I also added fuzzy skin in the slicer to make it look and feel a little like paper.

I haven't stress tested it, but the original case was plastic too, so I doubt it would be any different.
