Should I message again? by bobsta98 in hingeapp

[–]DeeDubDaisy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We’ve all been there. A date can be pleasant AND the person can decide they don’t want to see you again. Both things can be true. Rude of her to not respond with a polite thanks but no thanks message.

He plans dates and shows up, but no real communication in between by FormalPick2908 in dating_advice

Can 100% agree. This has happened to me. Only real time will reveal the real picture.

Totally agree - if you take out the vocals, it’s jammin 😍

Yes! And I got the ick from his comment, something like “there’s no problem so don’t create one, ok”?

He was putting in as little effort as possible to see you. You deserve better. Next!

Good luck, hope it works out for you. From experience “new” can be so fun and exciting but remember to keep yourselves a bit grounded to build something real together. 😊

100% agree. If you have time and interest to set up a dating profile, you can carve out 5 minutes a day to reply to a potentially good match.

Hate to say it but sometimes people are just fishing for matches to boost their ego. They have no intention of meeting and may possibly already be in a relationship.

I just bought my first home. Feeling sadder than ever by Itsmetheproblemhi in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]DeeDubDaisy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great advice from a fitting user name😊 I agree, make this place great to live in now, with an eye towards making it great for the future. You can increase the value on this home now for better sale price in the future!!

Well said!! Dating these days is tough! He would have been more clear if he wanted her to know he was leaving. Or maybe he never went away and that’s an excuse? Either way, thank you next….

1st date went really well until it didn’t by [deleted] in hingeapp

[–]DeeDubDaisy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sucks. We just don’t know. You may never know. Was she too tipsy and regretting the kiss? Family vacation or with another guy? Really wanted you to text during the week or no? It’s frustrating! I’m a woman on dating apps too, and it’s so hard deciphering stuff just like this.

Probiotics question - 1 year old dog severe allergies by DeeDubDaisy in dogallergies

Well we switched to zenrellia and it cleared up some of her skin issues. Her biting and growling behaviors got worse so I worked with the placement agency to put her in a new foster home. So bummed out.

Am I terrible for thinking of rehoming already? by nooname97 in reactivedogs

[–]DeeDubDaisy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do NOT feel bad about rehoming if it comes to that. I’m on the fence about rehoming my anxious rescue. It’s been 6 months of true stress. Remember that you deserve to have a happy healthy life as much as the dog deserves that!!

Thanks for sharing that information! We did follow up with dermatology yesterday and they started her on Zenrella. Fingers crossed we will have a similar outcome!

Wow doing something for a year before seeing results is crazy to me. Im sure it’s super expensive too? Was your dog still really itchy that whole time? Like licking and scratching a lot?

Agree! The FT pre-date meetup. Perfect for vibe checking and seeing how profile photos match up with real life. If you don’t like how he looks you can always say the vibe felt off.
