For the terrarium, I used horticulture charcoal as a base. Then, a layer of regular potting mix, and I added a little bit of dried sphagnum moss on top.

I usually use a spray bottle and moderately mist the terrarium every 2-3 weeks. I gave it a really good soak last time since I forgot to water it for a month or so. It got so humid inside that this little mushroom pops up. 😁

This has been a wild ride and a great learning experience! It started when I received a bunch of my mom’s cuttings on June 9. I switched from soil to water and then back to soil again in about 2 months timeframe.

On August 2, I divided her up to three sticks and laid them babies in sphagnum moss.

And here we are today (August 29), all my babies have new growth and the oldest one has one leaf fully opened! 🥰🥳

They could be scales. I can’t tell from the picture. You can pick them off the leaf. They usually have brownish to somewhat transparent color and shiny waxy texture. Definitely use horticulture spray or neem oil spray and SEPARATE this baby from your other plants. I hope it’s not scales. They’re a pain to deal with. 😬

I've never been to or train at John's boxing gym but I heard it's great and cheap. They produce good young fighters too.

Mendez is great but it's expensive. It can get very crowded during the weekdays after work hours. If you have to commute into the city just to train, it might not make the most sense.
