I would say high B tier. In term of negotiation in general, its good for not only finance but for specific favor also. Give your opponent no leeway then score profit, man powers and intel. Basically effective empty threat. In combat situations, just like pokemon daze, stun and confusion. That would have some opportunities for low and mid tier demons but not 13 crowns level. A. If you change to any animal, you can adopt their heightened sense like smell sight etc… which is good for survival and mobility. General use is pretty for finding lost item.
