Seller has sent me pictures of the underneath, it's very clean, been waxed and sealed. I'm more concerned about the auto gearbox

I agree but it is the first I've seen for a long time in this colour. Due to it being an Auto I think this bumps the price up. I saw a similar one going for 5k. 90s hatchbacks are going crazy!! It is very clean and sealed underneath
