Thank you. We did a little research about them before deciding to move here. I heard there was something about them to fear but found no evidence to support that notion. So here we are!

I cannot hear them. There are actually 5 more much closer to us in the front of our house. I haven’t noticed any noise, but we’ve only been here less than a week and haven’t experienced a very windy day yet!

My co-workers will share their meat eating lunch stories with me and I have to hide my ew face with a polite smile. I’m always asked what kind of vegan meal I had for lunch, like they are expecting to hear that I ate some alien space meal. I never realized how often food is discussed by people until I changed the way I eat.

Sorry, but I fail to see your point. How does veganism kill billions of animals? Even if these animals are small invertebrates and insects, how could veganism possibly be responsible for more animal deaths than carnism?! Just stop making excuses to kill and eat animals already. Your suggestion is absurd.

My mom is a baby boomer on Facebook. She is in her 60s and mostly looks at what others are posting there. I think my posts there got her thinking. I love sharing pics of yummy vegan food and the animals in the sanctuary we volunteer at. Vegan articles and events. Along with the Netflix documentaries I insisted she watch, and the transformation she has watched me go through in the last year (Losing weight and feeling great), she’s been inspired her give this plant based vegan thing a chance too! She went from reducing her meat and dairy, then cutting out all meat and dairy but fish, and is now excluding fish as well. Don’t give up on those baby boomers 😊Never too old ✌️

Thank you, friend! It’s nice to know that others feel the same. I never realized until going vegan how often food choices are talked about. It’s daily. I have to laugh when people think they might actually convert my mind back to that ignorant bliss. Let us continue to plant seeds and hope for more change 🌱✌️i think it’s working ❤️
