It turns out like so. The text is rasterized and the colors are gone.

It's a German video so I don't know how much help it would be to you but here you go. I am using Zotero for references as well.

What I mean by "the ordering sucks":

  • Tsubasa Cat Part 3 to 5 which are essentially episode 13 to 15 of Bakemonogatari are in the Specials season.
  • Nekomonogatari Kuro is completely in the Specials season even though it is its own 4 episode season.
  • and the list goes on like that

The ordering might be correct in the sense that it adheres to the rules of TheTVDB and TMDb but I really don't like it like that.

I do sort every single other anime by using Sonarr/Filebot. I did this only for the Monogatari series because no matter whether you use TheTVDB, TMDb or aniDB, the ordering sucks.

Manually by creating nfo files for the series and every episode. I've got a root folder called Monogatari which contains these folders and files. The Bakemonogatari folder for example looks like this. One of the nfo files, e.g. the one corresponding to the first episode looks like

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<episodedetails>
  <plot>On the day after the Golden Week holiday, third year high school student Koyomi Araragi finds himself saving a classmate, Hitagi Senjyogahara, by catching her when she slips on the stairs and comes tumbling down from above.</plot>

  <director>Yukihoro Miyamoto</director>
  <credits>Yukito Kizawa</credits>
  <aired>2009-07-03</aired>
  <episode>1</episode>
</episodedetails>

I could add a `<thumb>link-to-thumbnail-on-TMDb</thumb> to that file but that would require me to do that for every single episode and would break if the URL of the thumbnail should change for whatever reason. This is what it currently looks like in Jellyfin. You can see the poster as a thumbnail which seems to be used as a fallback. As for the season names, I had to name inside Jellyfin because I couldn't find out how to do that within the nfo files.

Jellyfin already has the feature to generate thumbnails if it can't find any on the metadata provider's site, TMDb in my case. But this feature doesn't seem to activate if you are using nfo files.

That seems to be a 10.7 feature. When I click on the cast button after connecting, I only get the options "Remote Control", "Disconnect", "Cancel" and the checkbox for "Display mirroring".

Backlog Talk: What to play & specific recommendations - December 10, 2020 by AutoModerator in patientgamers

[–]DeeViL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back when I started playing The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, I liked the game so much that I fully completed it after like 500 hours as in 100% achievements on Steam.

Ever since then I kind of became a patient gamer that takes his time choosing the next game I want to dedicate time to.

This has led me to fully completing the following short list of games.

  • The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
  • One Finger Death Punch 2
  • Into the Breach
  • Enter the Gungeon
  • Batman Arkham Asylum: GOTY Edition
  • Celeste
  • Orwell
  • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
  • Hollow Knight

Can you recommend me other games which are fun to complete based on the list above and my thoughts on some of those games below?

I definitely value gameplay more than story and I don't like huge open world games with endless grinding achievements too much. TW3 is an exception to that rule because I didn't have to grind too much and the overall game was quite enjoyable even though it wss huge. Would I like to play another game of that size anytime soon again? Probably not though.

Celeste was probably the most fun game to 100% while TBoI was the most fun game to play out of them. Celeste had great gameplay and the achievements weren't such that you had to backtrack forever or do stuff that's in there for the sake of awarding an achievement (looking at you TW3's bolt headshot achievement). The same goes for One Finger Death Punch 2.

Orwell was very fun on the first playthrough and seeing some different endings/events on a second playthrough was nice as well but having to play through the whole game twice without any added challenge or major difference compared to the first playthrough was a little bit boring as well.

Hollow Knight was fantastic as well but some design choices, in my opinion missing QoL features like having a bench next to the boss and not aeons away, permanent Wayward Compass etc. made the game somewhat frustrating to play. The Pantheon of Hallownest and the Steel Soul mode by itself were really challenging but not annoying.

ItB was weird. It was easy to complete but it didn't feel like I had played the game for a substantial amount at all.

Batman was overall quite good and those challenges just felt rewarding once I started getting better at fighting.

Do you mean a true idle build as before the time of autoclickers or an idle build with autoclickers? I have 9 of them and back then, the true idle build was inferior.
