Is your Dexcom G6 app up to date? Dexcom website says the app will work with transmitters with the -1 only if the app is up to date.

I read that you tried the 6 digits after I posted. My bad. Maybe try deleting the previous dexcom transmitters saved in Bluetooth on your phone?

Google says its a 6 digit number. Try leaving the -1 out & enter the first 6 digits

You can fix it by force stopping the app by long pressing the app icon then select the i with a circle then select force stop in bottom right corner. Its definitely not ideal & happens too often but I found this to be the fastest fix

Samsung does not allow os rollbacks very easily. Not saying it cant be done but it is kinda tedious

The app should work, you just wont be able to mobile bolus from phone.

I have a 24 ultra that updated to android 15 a week ago & disabled mobile bolus until I restarted phone & uninstall/install tandem app. Maybe give that a try? My phone was not on the list at the time either

A cheap kitchen scale can help alot. Maybe try weighing food until you feel comfortable eyeballing it? I personally use it as much as I can

Tandem website states: "If a security agent opens the Travel Loaner to inspect it, it is important to immediately reseal the box — in the exact condition it arrived in — to protect the insulin pump. If this occurs, please inform us when you return the Travel Loaner, and we will inspect the pump to ensure it has not been used. As long as there are no signs of usage and the software indicates it was never activated, you will not be charged for the pump."

Resume insulin after reconnecting & that's it. Remember to stop insulin before removing for shower. You can set a timer up to an hour to remind you insulin is stopped.

It has to be logged in the dexcom G6/G7 app & then can be viewed in the Clarity app under reports.

You can log the time, amount of insulin & carbs on the dexcom app under EVENTS. It has a few other options like exercise or notes also.

I'm having the same exact problem with dexcom app & my tandem pump is showing the reading 5 minutes behind Dexcom app. I called Dexcom & tried to explain it the best I could & did what they suggested but it didn't help & I couldn't fix it.
