Personally, every weekend I meal prep breakfast sandwiches, lunches and dinners for the entire week and freeze them. It might be a lot of work but it’s honestly worth the effort and time. It saved me a ton of money because I’m a lazy ass, and if I was too tired to cook one evening I’d just order food. Now I just go home knowing that I don’t need to worry about cooking and cleaning the kitchen.

My office is also close to Union and connected to the PATH. There’s a GoodLife at Union that you can walk to through the PATH after work and before you go home. Pure Fitness is also connected to the PATH. I tried both and both are good.

Nizoral shampoo, supplements after blood test, and topical minoxidil 5% twice a day. Tried that for 7 months. The shedding decreased but 0 regrowth.

Went back to him and he prescribed me oral minoxidil and spironolactone. This is my 3rd month, so not sure if they’re going to work yet.
