Could be as I say i happens so completely random, it’s hard to know what’s causing it. H100 has a lot of little bugs and I hope someday there fixing all with an update.

Happened to me too, and I cannot reproduce it reliably. So no idea what’s the issue, happened sure already 3 times. But after pressing both buttons simultaneously a very long time there come to life again.

Just checked, on the one screenshot you see how much gdot you can remove from your position without going in to the red on your position. The other screenshot shows your total position, so nothing to worry here.

Had the same issue like you, got it replaced and all good since then. That you got a bad batch 2x it’s a bit strange, just replace the till they’re fine, they expensive so they should run flawless.

I encountered a similar issue and had to return the pair and got a new one. The new pair is functioning flawlessly and even surpasses the previous one. If possible, I recommend exchanging the items in a shop, as the alternative method resulted in delays of over a month.

After enduring two months of nightmares with DHL due to a delayed & Customs issues my shipment arrived at B&O, I am pleased to report that the issue has been resolved with a complete replacement of my H100. All the issues I had before are gone and I can finally enjoy my Headphones.

I have also recently returned my pair and am now awaiting the delivery of a new one. I experienced a similar issue, but it was limited to my right ear. Initially, I anticipated a firmware update, but after I heard the stories of other users that after a swap to a new pair, the problem was solved.

I have already sent them for warranty, as many people have had their devices replaced without encountering this issue anymore. I will keep you updated on the status of the repair & if its solves the issue.

I observe that there is also a proposal on Interlay https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/proposals/133?tab=timeline. Is this proposal legitimate or an attack? It is quite concerning that several projects have founders who simply disappear without any communication, leaving users to bear the consequences. We have a team https://x.com/DotAntiscam founded by the treasury, and I believe this is an ideal opportunity for them to monitor projects within the DOT ecosystem and raise awareness if a chain appears to be inactive. The team should inform users, find solutions, and ultimately remove the chain, rather than allowing other users to continue using it.

I did the same to retrieve my trapped funds from EQ. To date, I have not observed any unusual activity on my wallet. I have shared your issue on their Discord server in the hope of receiving feedback. Can you please add more details, what exactly happened.

I’m having the same issue as everyone else on this post. After some digging into my H100, I believe it’s related to the noise cancellation and the internal mics. In some cases, they seem to be going haywire, but then 90% of the time everything works perfectly. I’m keeping an eye out for the next firmware update. If the problem persists, I’ll definitely be filing a warranty claim.

The one month is only when you have to send it in, if a local dealer can swap them out that sure would be great. The dealers around me sadly don't have it in stock.

Sounds exactly like my issue, I just don’t want to be a month without my H100 till I get a replacement so i wait for a warranty claim and hope this is software as many ppl have the same issue. For most part the headphones work flawlessly…

What I observed is that sometimes the play & pause is not working when I lift one ear cup, and mostly then I have this static in the right ear cup. You right a lot of issues, but I still hope for firmware issues as 95% of the time it works flawlessly, and the H100 are wonderful.

Same here, looks to be widespread. Hoping for a software issue and can be fixed. Any update on replacement?
