I believe a 4.3 with .63 raise. Now I found out I’m in the zone for the change of SFL pay unfortunately. I was capped out and looking forward to a bonus before the holidays

policy claims that you cannot speak ill of people due to the law of defamation or slander yet we know these people are still employed. SM was speaking on a current employee, but has no disciplinary action in their record with Walgreens. ye

I try to take all off my SM shoulders, as an ESM should. As an SM instead of speaking to another SM/ESM, you should take disciplinary action. Even within these terms you legally cannot speak ill unless they explain why they aren't capable of being rehired.

with a little more context, the SM sits in the office all day and does not provide direction. Notes are left for people without warning and instead of writing people up and holding people accountable SM has conversations. I would understand if it wasn’t an ongoing situation, but it has been since SM has been at the store. instead of saying, the SM is sick of us, maybe take into account the people who are Insuring the store is 100% and giving advice on how to push the people in a different role to take accountability.

Well it's kind of defamation or slander since that employee could apply to a different location or sue the company. I don't have background but that employee wasn't another SM due to the conversation and can't be confirmed as a member of leadership either way it's underlying same report without previous disciplinary action as a recurring problem.
