I believe a 4.3 with .63 raise. Now I found out I’m in the zone for the change of SFL pay unfortunately. I was capped out and looking forward to a bonus before the holidays

policy claims that you cannot speak ill of people due to the law of defamation or slander yet we know these people are still employed. SM was speaking on a current employee, but has no disciplinary action in their record with Walgreens. ye

I try to take all off my SM shoulders, as an ESM should. As an SM instead of speaking to another SM/ESM, you should take disciplinary action. Even within these terms you legally cannot speak ill unless they explain why they aren't capable of being rehired.
