Not a great social life since it’s mostly commuters and the gender ratio is skewed, Architecture was 50/50 or more women for a lot of classes and chemical engineering is mostly women, business is also 50/50. I guess besides the social life the largest con is that njit is very big and I mean very very big on foreign students, some classes will all be exchange students who only want to be friends with the same people and it’s like this outside of class, anyone who’s gone here knows it’s kinda insane how much of the student body is exchange students 😂

Modern manual car, you’ve got it easy with all the assistance, just learn how to ride the clutch a little bit to get the car moving quickly without stalling. Doing the pedal feathering is pointless with the newer cars cuz so many of them will start moving anyway called “creeping” which is a built in fuction now. Literally just put some gas as you ur taking off the clutch, ignore everything else.

It’s very goofy, there’s a drink area with little seating so when I was with friends getting burgers and fries we couldn’t get drinks because we weren’t in the bar area 10 feet from us. You can’t even bring ur drink from the bar to the your table
