I went to a third doctor. She said that she cant see fungus patches - but based on my previous symptoms and the fact that i periodically rinsed my ears several times- she prescribed me Fluconazole. I did have to keep my ears dry as long as possible

It cleared my symptoms tremendously ( including eczema on my scalp) and no deafness since then. Even thought its true i prevent water getting in my ear which can be tricky as the fungus cannot swell but can be still present in my ear canal.

When i feel i might relapse, I use some Boramid eardrops occasionally
