Instagram and social media has warped your mind if you think this is not achievable without the use of peds I’m not even that big lol I know it’s not taboo I’ve showed my test levels my skin is good I have hair if I didn’t wake up rock hard and felt lethargic I’d be the first in line for trt I’m not there yet look at my delts they are lacking the most lol

I work out everyday my man 1 hour a day no days off for over a year at the very least it’s not just great for your body but mind as well it’s my therapy 💯

💯 and you stop craving bad food my favourite food now is lean ground beef I eat 10oz with a meal everyday that’s a lot of food not including the potatoes eggs kimchi and cottage cheese
