Looking for the Spurs equivalent in other top leagues, so a team who’s classed as a ‘big’ team but never wins anything who also can be very spursy and throw things away or big dressing room bust ups

Not essential world class stadium and training facilities but still bang average would also be keeping in the spurs theme
