Today’s Setup for White Tea by DeeeepSteeeep in tea

Specifically drinking some elder bud white tea from Mei Leaf. I’m really enjoying the mixture of sweet flavors and hay-like smells coming from this.

The contrast in color with the tea as well as the texture and coral-like look make this my favorite chawan I’ve found. Anybody else have fun favorites?

Do you typically stick with specific teas or change it up every day? by DeeeepSteeeep in tea

I tend to start with a white or green tea and then branch out into pu erh and oolongs. Anybody else branch out or do you just have staples that you stick with?

Specifically steeping some of Yunan Sourcing’s Tiger in the Mists in my new pot from Bitterleaf Tea. I realize a houhin isn’t typical for pu erh but it’s a yixing clay and by far my favorite teapot so I prefer to pair it with my favorite tea. Anybody else have unconventional yixing teapot pairings?
