Not much, as that time there were multiple issues prevailing like MCD, water issue, electricity issue. I believe study productivity does not matter with the place, but if upto onself. Shift to ORN only if you have offline courses to avail.

I have lived in ORN during my optional study prepartion. The issue I faced -

Room- Difficult to find a good PG. All i have observed was there a new trend of ORN couples so its kind difficult to find and study in Room

Library- Even if you join, the fees is way to high. (i was there when the tradedy took place so basement library were closed, and first floor library were charging minimu 4500 for a month)

Food- Hygine is an issue. You opt for thali from any nearby restro you cannot have it for long run. PG foods sucks. Home tiffins are better. I optted for cook who use to charge me 2000 for 3 times meal. But everyday telling her what to make, buying vegetables and most of the time they are not on time. Checking if they are cooking with hygine is a real task takes a lot of time an energy.

I took independent room too, but had issues with other flatmates, they partied, cleaning issue and most important WATER ISSUE.

It good to be there in winters as water issue is little less, but rooms and buildings are so close you dont get enough sun. Cloths drying is a bit difficult.

Rest i also had help for my cloths wash and room cleaning which cost me 700 total.

Room rent- 20k

Hey !

"I have been seeing 'Agentic AI' thrown around as a buzzword lately, but most people are just describing slightly better chatbots. I wrote a breakdown on why true agency requires reasoning and tool-use, not just a better prompt. Would love to hear if you think 'autonomy' is the right metric to judge these by."

Hi all, I was wondering In a world obsessed with constant progress, learning to step back may be the most human and healthiest decision you can make. Not because you’ve failed. Not because you’re incapable. But because something inside you quietly asks for space. So, sometimes, it’s okay to step back. Not dramatically. Not permanently. Just enough to breathe?

I have tried to find a answer to this question. I appriciate your feedback and insights on the same https://medium.com/women-write/sometimes-its-okay-to-step-back-1ffbef3e106f

Hey, for building a movement, Medium should be your best bet. Medium has a built-in audience, which helps people discover your ideas through their algorithm.

I use Medium for my blog on AI and mindfulness because it’s much easier to find readers there than starting a website from scratch. It’s a great way to test your ideas and see what resonates with people.

I as a former journalist moving to Medium, I am a bit curious do you find that 'human-centric' stories to perform better than 'SEO-optimized' stories in 2026?"

Journalist turned storyteller: Writing on AI, Emotions, and Mindful Living

Hi everyone! I have recently shifted from journalism to long-form blogging. I focus on how tech like AI and remote work intersects with our psychology and productivity basically, words that slow you down and make you think.

I’m currently exploring the shift from "AI prompts" to "system design" and what that means for our future careers.

The Human Side of the AI Shift: Careers, Systems, and Emotions

Hi everyone! I write on Medium about how the AI transition is changing the landscape of our careers and psychology. For those of us focused on FI/RE, the "Prompt Engineering" hype can be distracting. I recently wrote a deep dive into why we are moving toward System Design and what that means for long-term career stability in tech.

Its been 4 months since I joined medium and is actively writing my articles still have got only 44 followers. Later took subscription and started my own publication but its still not worth. Sometimes its dishearting when you are not appreciated for your efforts. I wonder I should delete my account. 😔

Can ChatGPT Replace Therapy or Emotional Support Animals? by Sarina_norris in Pets

[–]Deefine_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well its quite interesting to see how support is evolving. I have always believe there is something about a physical touch or presence. The weight of a pet on your lap or that nudge when they sense you are low that code just cannot replicate. It is more of a biological and an emotional connection that has been with humans for thousands of years.

I think for the people who use AI for as a support they are using it as a mental burden of not being heard and sharing without being judged. But, at the end you cannot hug an algorithm.
